Acronym Absurdity

All companies have a certain love-hate relationship with their acronyms. True story: During my prep for a show I often ask companies for a list of their most-used acronyms. One company gave me their entire list, and get this — the first entry on the list was AA. You know what it stood for? “Acronym Appendix.” Wow, they had so many acronyms that they needed an acronym for their list of acronyms.
