I was fortunate to meet Cara and her mom at Wisconsin's Statewide Transition Academy yesterday — but more fortunate were my wife and daughter as I arrived home with gifts that got oohs, ahhs and hugs. I was reminded when I met Cara and her mother how important it is to make sure that each child finds a gift that they see as theirs — and then shares that gift with the world as best they can. Cara, your gifts are exceptional. And oh, yeah: my daughter loves her bat zipper pull.
